REQUESTS FOR PRAYER

The following prayer requests have been submitted by our friends and members.  Please visit this posting regularly to update your own prayer list.  You too may submit prayer requests for posting by clicking the e-mail address PrayerList@TheRabbi.com.   You may notice that we often do not use full names; this is to protect the privacy of individuals involved.  God knows who they are.  Also, be sure to include an expiration date, and let us know how God answered your prayers.

Please keep in mind that another person's prayer request may not always be acceptable to you.  Be discerning, and if you cannot in conscience support a particular prayer request, then abstain, or lift the matter to God for his will to be done.

• Please pray (1) that the class action suit to provide representation with taxation for the citizens of the District of Columbia will succeed.  Otherwise, that the District of Columbia would be made a territory similar to Guam and Puerto Rico where there are no Federal taxes; (2) That National Airport's name would be returned. • Pray that Eleanor Holmes Norton, counsel in the above suit, will receive favor as she argues the above class action suit. (S.J./exp.10/1)

• Pray for the missionaries, ministers, evangelists, etc. who are evangelizing and disciplining non-believing Jews, muslims in Israel.(exp. 10/1)

• Pray for the missionaries, ministers, evangelists who are evangelizing and discipling the lost in every country of the world.

• Pray for the children who are in foster care. (exp. 10/1)

• Pray for the healing of abusive marriages. (exp. 10/1)

• Pray for those marriages in which one spouse is saved and the other is not. (exp. 10/1)

• Pray for our President, his wife, Cabinet members and spouses, legislative branch and spouses. (exp. 10/1)
