An internet library is unique in that it not only stores literary items, but publishes them as well. This library specializes in making available two kinds of literary works which are otherwise costly to publish, and therefore difficult to find.
The first of these comprises short papers written on a wide variety of Biblical subjects. While some of the papers are written toward a particular expression of the body of believers, they all contain material which is adaptable by the body at large.
The second of these comprises singable English lyrics to the melodies of traditional Jewish prayers. Some are literal translations of the Hebrew, while others have been changed from the original in order to express New Covenant faith. The lyrics appear in print, and the melodies to which they are sung can be heard by anyone whosecomputer has an installed sound card. This inclusion in the library is offered as a service to Messianic Jewish worship leaders and others with an interest in Jewish liturgy.
All literary works published in this library are licensed to be copied and used for educational and congregational purposes only. They may not be republished elsewhere without the written permission of the copyright owners.
The papers and lyrics published in this library are screened for Biblical acceptability, but do not always express the theological views of this ministry. It is felt that a Biblical library has an obligation to make available competing views of controversial issues so long as the views are defendable by reasonable interpretation of the Scriptures. Authors and composers are invited to submit their copyrighted works for evaluation and inclusion in this library. Manuscripts may be sent to Library@TheRabbi.com.
Links to other papers and articles published on the web are provided for your convenience. Please report any papers which you believe to be unbiblical in content and should therefore be removed from this listing.
